We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including fresh fruits, cereals, and yoghurt. The hotel also had a bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. the location in a residential area and the comfortable room made our stay here very enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Ease of coming and going. Pleasant helpful staff. Changing booking caused no problems when dealing directly with hotel. Rooms comfortable and roomy with adequate facilities. Breakfast good and plent variation.

The hotel was directly under the airport flight path and as such was rtather noisy at times. Fortunately there were few flights overnight. Sleep for me any way was not a problem.

The free airport shuttle service came in handy during our Easter trip. The staff was friendly and helpful with our luggage. The room was spacious and clean with fresh beddings. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and clean towels. The selection of breakfast items was good, with a variety of hot and cold items available.

There were a few issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The noise level in the hotel was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Safe and Secure enviroment

One can hear the sound of the planes apssing the hotel. It is suggested that the rooms should have some sound proof.

Staff were extremely helpfull. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and facilities excellent. Would definitely book again.

The location and ease to find the place.

The house was smelling cigarette and we could sleep at all. The bathroom was beautiful but was worse with smoking smell.

We loved the cleanliness, comfortable bedding, and friendly staff. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a lifesaver, and the free shuttle service to the mall was convenient. Parking was spacious and secure, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast options.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The Guest House was clean, modern and had all the little bits and pieces you needed to have a pleasant stay. A small mistake of a double-bed instead of Twin-room was quickly rectified. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt very safe and comfortable.

There was some misunderstanding about the airport shuttle. I had requested this on the initial booking, and again through an email but hadnt recieved any reply from anyone regarding this. The hotel knew we were coming but no one came to pick us up! It meant that my father and I were waiting at the airport for 45minutes in the freezing bus bay, waiting for a shuttle that wasnt coming. We called the hotel, and 20 minutes later the shuttle came. When we reached the guest house, the manager told us that there was a charge for the shuttle, which was clearly advertised as being complimentary in the initial booking. This confusion was not a nice start to our stay at the Guest House.

We stayed there so that we would be close to OR Tambo as we were fetching our daughter off an early overseas flight the next morning
